Press Release

USA Outback announces partnership with Nikon Sport Optics for 2009

Nikon remains the #1 choice in optics for USA Outback

Indianapolis, IN-  USA Outback Outdoor Television executive producer Denny Snyder has announced that the award winning popular outdoor television program ‘USA Outback has once again teamed up with Nikon Sport Optics for 2009. Nikon has long been known for their high quality optics and viewers of USA Outback can look forward to seeing only the best binoculars, scopes, range finders and digital cameras available for sportsmen through actual field tests of Nikon products in extreme conditions.

“One of the first hunts featured this year on USA Outback is a mountain lion hunt in -15 below temperatures at over 9500’ in the Bitterroot- Selway region of Montana” states host Denny Snyder. “When you are hunting in extreme conditions, you don’t need to worry about a scope

or binoculars fogging up at the wrong time or a camera freezing up while trying to capture the

moment- that’s why we use Nikon. “

This year Nikon features the new Monarch X Binocular series combining the latest optical technology with recent advancements in construction to create the next great binocular line. Featuring Nikon’s advanced dielectric high-reflective multi-layer prism coating, formerly only available on the exclusive EDG binocular, the Monarch X delivers a brighter, more crisp view during critical dawn and dusk periods so crucial for hunters.

A quick plug for a very nice lady (and a very good cause):

Holly Bostick, who I recently had the pleasure of meeting, is the owner of a "mom & pop" clothing/gift company called Save The Hunter, dedicated to protecting hunters' rights. She's a friendly, down-to-earth gal who donates a portion of every sale she makes to a children's charity program called Operation Orphans.

Check out her online store at http://www.savethehunter.com/ and perhaps (?) you'll find a piece of clothing or a gift to help the cause. She'll also send you a catalog (free) upon request.

Cheers,
Jon

P.S. I have no financial stake in the company, but did purchase some STH clothing at a recent hunting expo, and can personally vouch for the quality.
